Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary: 28,000 – 33,000 per month (fixed) + performance incentives

About Us:

Rajasthan Advertising has been shaping brands across Rajasthan since 1965. Today we run integrated campaigns across print, outdoor, cinema, radio, digital, and influencer marketing for clients from different industries including [JECRC University, Fortis, SDMH Hospitals, MITSUBHISHI, Canara Bank, Motisons Jewellers]. We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can walk into a boardroom, understand a client's real problem, and close a deal that puts our media mix to work for them.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising and marketing solutions.
- Prepare commercially sound proposals, quotations, and customized advertising packages.
- Identify market opportunities by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and tracking industry trends and pricing.
- Manage the complete sales follow-up cycle, nurturing leads and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)



to enhance market research, proposal development, and overall sales productivity while applying sound business judgment.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of advertising, designing, branding, or digital/social media marketing.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage AI tools for market research, competitor analysis, client insights, and strategic business development.
