Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, effective manpower utilization, and timely delivery of high-quality products.

The role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on floor management experience, and the ability to coordinate across departments to achieve production targets efficiently. Experience in manufacturing or interior/modular furniture production will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and execute daily and weekly production schedules
- Supervise and manage shop floor operations including operators, assemblers, and helpers
- Ensure production targets are met within quality and time parameters
- Allocate manpower effectively across shifts for maximum productivity
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain strict quality control and reduce rework or defects
- Implement safety, housekeeping, and discipline standards on the shop floor
- Monitor production performance and report progress to management




- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage
- Ensure timely delivery of finished goods as per customer requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in production or shop floor management in any manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to handle production planning and daily target execution
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, reporting tools)
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Education:

Any Graduate / Diploma / BTech / MBA (with relevant manufacturing experience preferred)

Preferred Experience

- Manufacturing or interior/modular furniture industry experience
- Exposure to production planning, workflow optimization, and manpower handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
