Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise civil works at site RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishes

Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings

Monitor progress against project schedule and flag deviations promptly

BOQ, Estimation & Billing

Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for civil and finishing works

Verify contractor running account (RA) bills and material consumption

Track actuals vs. budgeted quantities and cost at each stage

Quality & Compliance

Enforce quality standards at site concrete mix, block work, reinforcement cover, etc.

Ensure compliance with IS codes and local CMDA/BBMP building norms as applicable

Coordinate material testing (concrete cubes, block compressive strength, etc.) and maintain test records

Vendor & Material Management

Source, evaluate, and coordinate with contractors and material suppliers

Obtain comparative quotations and assist in vendor finalization

Track material deliveries, maintain stock registers

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site progress reports, material registers, and photographic records

Prepare MIS reports for project owner review





Coordinate with structural consultants and architects on RFIs and drawing revisions

Requirements

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience: 25 years in residential / villa / plotted development construction

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (reading and basic drafting)

Working knowledge of MS Excel for BOQ and billing

Familiarity with IS codes relevant to residential construction

Knowledge of construction stages: foundation, superstructure, finishes

Soft Skills:

Strong on-site presence and vendor management ability

Good communication in English + Kannada/Tamil (preferred)

Self-driven, able to work with minimal supervision

Prior experience in G+1 independent villas or row houses

Exposure to premium finish works cladding, faade, landscaping coordination
