- Procure marine technical stores, engine spares, ship supplies, and catering provisions.
- Source quotations, compare offers, and negotiate prices with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international vendors.
- Issue Purchase Orders and track orders until delivery.
- Coordinate with vessels, suppliers, and port agents for timely deliveries.
- Handle urgent and last-minute vessel procurement requirements.
- Ensure purchased items meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and support cost-effective purchasing.
- Resolve supplier, delivery, and quality-related issues efficiently.

- Must have 2–5 years of prior experience as a Purchase Executive in the maritime/shipping industry.
- Experience in marine purchasing,



ship chandling, or vessel supply is mandatory.
- Knowledge of marine spares, ship stores, and vessel provisioning.
- Familiarity with IMPA/ISSA codes is preferred.
- Solid negotiation, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet vessel schedules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
