Senior CCTV / IT Technician – System Installation About the Role: We are hiring a skilled Senior CCTV / IT Technician with 2–5 years of field experience in CCTV installation, wiring, and security system setup. The role involves compulsory field work, and candidates must be confident working on-site at client locations. The role involves direct on-site client handling, advanced troubleshooting, and mentoring junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and perform on-site installation, setup, and configuration of CCTV/IP surveillance systems and IT security devices.
Execute LAN and electrical wiring for surveillance, networking, and access control systems.
Install and integrate biometric systems, sensors, and access control units with complete functionality testing.
Conduct expert-level troubleshooting, crimping, and cable management for efficient system performance.
Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.




Submit daily progress and technical reports to supervisors and project managers.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of installations and client satisfaction.
Mandatory field work with regular travel to client/project sites.

Skill

Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / IT (mandatory). Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / IT (mandatory).
2–5 years of hands-on experience in CCTV/IP camera systems, DVRs/NVRs, and biometric devices.
Robust knowledge of LAN networks, IP addressing, and routing basics.
Ability to read and interpret wiring/electrical layouts.
Proficiency in using installation tools (drills, testers, crimpers, etc.). Advanced problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
Strong sense of discipline, punctuality, and team leadership.
Ability to work independently in the field and guide team members when required.
Physically fit and willing to work at heights or confined spaces as per project needs.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Computer hardware: 4 years (Preferred)
- Business development: 6 years (Preferred)
- CCTV: 4 years (Preferred)
