We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Financial Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial services sales, with prior experience in business funding. The role requires building robust client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through customer engagement and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by acquiring customers for business funding and financial products.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their funding requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and financial products.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience:
2–6 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Sales.
- Prior experience in Business Funding Sales is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Banks or NBFCs will be given preference.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer-facing and relationship management abilities.
- Robust negotiation and liaisoning skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable with client meetings and field sales.
- Willingness to travel across the NCR region.
