Hiring: Manager – AIF PMS Fund Accounting

Working Days: Monday to Friday + 1st Saturday Working
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Manager – AIF PMS Fund Accounting to manage fund accounting, operations, and regulatory compliance for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in AIF operations, and a thorough understanding of SEBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day AIF fund accounting and operational activities.
- Supervise fund administrators and accounting consultants.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations applicable to AIFs.
- Prepare and review Management Fees, Distributor Fees, Performance Fees, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, custodians, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate financial records.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of all fund-related activities.
- Drive process improvements while maintaining high accuracy and compliance.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Fund Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in AIF Operations and Compliance.
- Valuable understanding of SEBI AIF Regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualification

- CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in AIF, PMS, Fund Accounting, Compliance, or Financial Operations.
- Experience working with Asset Management Companies (AMC), PMS, AIF, Wealth Management, or Financial Services organizations will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹545,731.61 - ₹673,136.85 per year
