- Greet and assist customers in selecting school uniforms and related items
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of available stock, sizes, and styles
- Ensure the shop floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle billing and basic cash counter duties if required
- Assist with unpacking and arranging recent inventory
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude toward customers and your colleagues at all times
