Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop AI solutions using Python and LLMs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into AI systems
- Implement and integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and backend services
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of AI models
- Optimize cost and efficiency of AI solutions
- Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements




- Engage in client and stakeholder interactions to gather requirements and provide updates

Job Requirements:

- MTech, MCA, BTech, BE, ME or equivalent qualification
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Python
- Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in agent-based AI workflows
- Solid understanding of prompt design, tool/function calling, RAG and vector search concepts
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and backend services
- Ability to think at both implementation and architecture levels
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agno or similar
- Exposure to multi-agent systems
- Experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, or guardrails
- Understanding of LLM cost management and optimisation
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
- Client-facing or stakeholder interaction experience
