​About the Role

​Volan Software & Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual assets, marketing creatives, and digital content. If you have solid expertise in Adobe Photoshop and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, we’d love to see your portfolio!

​Key Responsibilities

​Create Social Media Creatives: Design graphics, banners, and posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

​Marketing & Promotional Materials: Assist in creating flyers, posters, email headers, and web graphics.

​Image Editing & Photo Retouching: Edit, retouch, color-correct, and optimize images using Adobe Photoshop.

​Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and visual standards.

​Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development team to understand design briefs and deliver on time.

​Iterate & Refine:



Revise designs based on feedback from team members or clients.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical experience in graphic design.

​Core Tool Expertise: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Must-Have).

​Bonus Tools: Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or Canva is a plus.

​Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing past graphic design work, image editing, and creative layouts is mandatory.

​Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of layout composition, color theory, and typography.

​Soft Skills: Good time management, ability to meet tight deadlines, and openness to feedback.

​Remuneration & Benefits
