Job Description – E-commerce Manager

Position: E-commerce Manager
Location: Surat / Vapi / Silvassa
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 Years
Industry: E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle complete E-commerce operations.
- Manage Shopify website and product listings.
- Update product details, pricing, images, and inventory.
- Manage online orders, dispatch, and customer support.
- Run promotional campaigns and online sales activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales team.
- Monitor website performance and sales reports.
- Handle marketplace accounts if required.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Shopify.
- Experience in E-commerce management.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Excel and online order management.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate

Preferred Candidate:

- Candidate must have practical Shopify experience.
- Able to manage E-commerce platform independently.
- Positive problem-solving and team handling skills

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

- E-Commerce EXECUTIVE: 2 years (Preferred)
