Job Title: PGT English Teacher (CBSE Senior Secondary School)

Location: Sanskar Public School, Mathura

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated PGT English Teacher to teach Classes XI & XII (CBSE). The ideal candidate should have excellent subject knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to inspire students through innovative and student-centric teaching methods. The teacher should also contribute to the overall academic and co-curricular development of the school.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English to Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, and critical thinking skills.
- Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board Examinations.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Integrate smart classroom tools and digital resources into teaching.
- Organize literary activities such as debates, elocutions, creative writing, MUNs, and theatre.
- Participate actively in school assemblies,



cultural events, competitions, and academic initiatives.
- Attend PTMs, staff meetings, training programmes, and career development sessions.
- Maintain academic records and collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student growth.

Eligibility Criteria

- Master's Degree (M.A.) in English from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE Senior Secondary School (preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
