Job description

- Responsible for automation of various operations activities.
- Responsible for IT support like hardware, networking, etc.
- Work station management.
- First level of troubleshooting on Devices Software considered in the scope.
- Will be responsible to support nearby locations apart from the location deputed to him.
- To analyst the functions and advise management to upgrade automation.
- Will be responsible for tracking the replacement of faulty Devices as when case has been logged in coordination with Team Leads.
- To coordinate with vendors.
- Desktop support.

Job Specifications:

Candidate must be gratuate (relevant field).

Must have good analytical skills.

Knowledge of latest technologies.

Proactive.
