We are hiring for customer service assistant for our Indore team.
Shift would be rotational for boys and between 6am-8pm for girls with rotational week off.
Role and Responsibilities:-
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer query quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:-
- Should be valuable in communication both in Verbal Communication
- Self-motivated
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
