Aakruthi Properties is a leading real estate developer in Bangalore, specializing in residential communities. We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to manage in office construction activities for our residential projects.

Job Description:
The Site Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Construction Management:
- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage on-site labor, materials, and equipment.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and resolve any issues.
- Site Supervision:
- Lead and manage the site workforce, providing technical support as needed.
- Maintain accurate daily progress and performance reports.
- Project Coordination:




- Work with project managers and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project deadlines and budgets, ensuring milestones are met.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Resource Management:
- Manage materials, equipment, and labor to optimize resources and minimize delays.
- Liaison & Reporting:
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to obtain necessary permits.
- Report progress and potential risks to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in residential real estate construction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management tools and MS Office.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead site teams.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
