Full Stack .NET Developer

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our BPS Custom Solutions team. This role will work across the entire software lifecycle, building modern applications. This developer should be comfortable owning projects from concept to production and collaborating closely with product and project management teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop full stack web applications from concept through deployment.

—

Build modern front-end interfaces using React or similar frameworks.

—

Develop scalable backend services and APIs.

—

Participate in system architecture and technical design.

—

Work within a structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

—

Collaborate with PMs to translate requirements into technical solutions.

—

Use LLM-powered development tools (Codex, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development.

—

Participate in code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes.

—

Help improve internal engineering processes and development workflows.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

6+ years’ experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer.

Strong experience with React or modern front-end frameworks.

—





Backend development experience (.NET).

—

Experience building and deploying production software applications.

—

Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture.

—

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.

—

Working knowledge of agile workstream.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write emails, speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups and clients.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
