- Source, screen resumes and interview candidates to assess technical and interpersonal skills.
- Work on the W2 hiring model.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the interview panel and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Negotiate salary/rate and close candidates for full time positions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track submissions/interviews in the CRM.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, TN, OPT, CPT).
- Experience working in US shifts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with job portals
