We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and customer interaction. You will receive hands-on training on our SaaS product and work closely with the support and product teams to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Understand customer issues, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and provide timely resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team while ensuring proper follow-up.
- Assist customers with product usage, configuration, and navigation.
- Log, track, and update support tickets accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Learn the company's SaaS product and become a product specialist.
- Document common issues and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (2025/2026 graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and operating systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and SaaS products.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
