Experience: 4-5 years in SMC/DMC Compounding/Injection/Compression/Rubber Moulding
Job Location: Nerul (Navi Mumbai)
Job Description:
- Development of various grades of SMC/DMC.
- Development of various raw materials required for SMC/DMC.
- Conduct trials at customer’s end.
- Troubleshoot during trials at customer’s end.
- Essential knowledge of injection moulding.
- Handle various measuring instruments.
- Conduct usual testing methods such as mechanical, physical, and electrical.
- Investigate, analyze, and reduce customer complaints.
- Participate in external and internal quality audits.
- Document ISO and other QMS standards, 5S, Kaizen, etc. (preferred).
- Knowledge of control plans, flow charts, FMEA, and PPAP (preferred).
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in SMC/DMC compounding and related roles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and result-driven approach.
- Experience in injection and compression moulding (preferred).
