Civil Engineer Graduates, AutoCAD skills, Rebar Detailing and Estimation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Must be proficient in handling RebarCAD and RGS software for preparation of accurate rebar shop drawings and bar bending schedules.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with clients, project managers, and internal teams.
- Excellent technical and domain knowledge in Rebar Detailing and Rebar Estimation as per US standards and practices.
- Thorough understanding of various technical aspects involved in reinforced concrete construction and rebar detailing.
- Well-versed with applicable US codes and standards, including ACI, CRSI, ASTM, and project-specific requirements.
- Capable of independently preparing, reviewing, and checking rebar shop drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project specifications.
- Responsible for complete production, quality control, and timely delivery of rebar detailing packages.
- Ability to interpret and coordinate structural, architectural, and civil drawings to identify conflicts and resolve detailing issues.
- Coordinate effectively with other detailers, estimators,



and project teams to ensure on-time submission of shop drawings and revisions.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement placement, lap splices, development lengths, hooks, couplers, embeds, and construction joints.
- Ability to review RFIs, addendums, revised drawings, and engineer comments, and incorporate changes accurately into shop drawings.
- Maintain high standards of quality while meeting project schedules and deadlines.
- Capable of mentoring junior detailers and providing technical guidance when required.
- Experience in quantity take-offs, bar list preparation, and material optimization to minimize wastage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve detailing and constructability issues proactively.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable for assigned projects from inception through final approval.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
