Paul Rovers India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, assist with bookings, maintain records, and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update enquiry status in the system.
- Coordinate tour bookings and follow up with customers.
- Support daily office administration and operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates from any industry can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi,
and Bengali.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and Internet.
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
