Hiring: HR Manager – South Indian Restaurant

Location: Delhi

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team for a South Indian restaurant in Delhi.

Requirements :

- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in a South Indian restaurant.
- Candidates should be originally from South India and currently based in Delhi.
- Fluency in any one South Indian language such as Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is required. Hindi, English preferred.
- Strong experience in restaurant recruitment and workforce management.
- Good communication and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and hire experienced South Indian chefs and cooks.
- Hire and manage restaurant staff, including waiters, cleaners, kitchen helpers, cashiers, and other restaurant staff.




- Handle employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure timely staffing and maintain a positive work setting.
- Coordinate with restaurant management to fulfill manpower requirements.
