About Job
We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have solid problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with backend technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with frontend, DevOps, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases
- Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of security and data protection best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to system architecture and performance tuning
