Key Responsibilities

Daily Audit: Reconcile daily cash, card, UPI, and digital wallet collections against billing software reports.

Referral & Commission Management: Calculate and manage monthly referral accounts for empanelled doctors and partner clinics in Bhubaneswar.

Taxation & Compliance: Handle timely filing of GST, TDS, and ensure compliance with local corporate tax regulations.

Vendor & Inventory Accounting: Manage accounts payable for lab reagents, equipment suppliers, and local vendors.

Payroll Processing: Coordinate with HR to process monthly salaries, PF, and ESI deductions for the centre staff.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, cash flow summaries, and balance sheets for senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: B.Com, M.Com, or an MBA in Finance.





Experience: 3 to 5 years of core accounting experience, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic centre, or retail healthcare chain.

Software Skills: Expert knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced), and experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) accounting modules.

Language: Proficiency in English and Odia.

Pay: ₹20,465.03 - ₹22,304.45 per month
