Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and professional candidate for the role of Business Development / Operations / Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, good soft skills, and the ability to manage clients, operations, and customer relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

Build relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders





Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into site visits / bookings

Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets

Operations

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations

Maintain records, reports, and documentation

Ensure timely execution of tasks and client commitments

Handle administrative and operational support activities

Customer Support

Attend customer queries through calls, emails, and messages

Provide accurate project information and updates

Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner

Maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

Requirements

Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years

Excellent communication skills

Good soft skills and professional attitude

Solid coordination and problem-solving abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Education

Graduate (BBA / MBA Preferred)
