Job Summary:

Kanika Digital Prints & Solutions LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Stock Executive to manage inventory records, maintain job card documentation, monitor stock movement, and ensure accurate stock reporting for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate inventory and finished goods records.

· Monitor daily stock inward, outward, and balance.

· Prepare and maintain job cards for production orders.

· Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile variances.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock MIS reports.

· Track job-wise production, stock availability, and dispatch status.

· Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Client Servicing teams.

· Maintain records of damaged, rejected,



and reprint jobs.

· Ensure proper storage, labelling, and inventory organization.

· Assist during stock audits and inventory reviews.

· Deliver print samples and finished samples to clients whenever required.

· Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inventory-related activities.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in Inventory, Store, or Stock Management
- Experience in Printing, Advertising, Manufacturing, or related industry preferred
