Roles & Responsibilities

- Advise prospective students on career prospects and training opportunities in the Delhi/NCR region.
- Assist students throughout the admission process and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Understand students' career objectives and recommend the most suitable training programs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students by providing quality guidance and support.
- Drive new admissions through follow-ups and referrals from existing students.
- Work closely with trainers to plan and organize upcoming batches.
- Oversee batch operations to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily admission reports, batch updates, and revenue tracking.
- Support the institute's mission of becoming a preferred destination for professional IT training.





Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Effective persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident in interacting with students and handling queries professionally.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, ethical, and focused on achieving targets.
- Positive planning, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in student counseling, admissions, or the education sector will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
