Job Description (JD)

Position: JSO / SSO / ESO – Biochemistry & Hematology department

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, process, and manage biological samples accurately as per laboratory guidelines.
- Perform sample preparation, accessioning, and processing in accordance with established laboratory protocols.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, storage, and tracking of biological samples.
- Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment while ensuring proper hygiene and calibration practices.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and operations teams to ensure timely processing and reporting of samples.
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) by processing samples efficiently without compromising quality.




- Follow Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP) and comply with all internal quality and regulatory guidelines.

Qualification

- M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / DMLT, Bsc MLT/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology, ADMLT, Msc Micro/ Bio/ Biotech

Location

- Mumbai

Working Days

- Six working days with any one weekly off (Sunday will be a working day).

Training

- After selection, candidates will undergo 2 months of mandatory training at the Sanpada Head Office before deployment to their respective work locations.
