Key Responsibilities

- Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations including inward handling, storage, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Support supervision of packers, delivery staff, and warehouse support personnel while ensuring adherence to safety protocols, workplace discipline, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor inventory handling, stock placement, storage organization, and space utilization.
- Assist in tracking order preparation, packing accuracy, dispatch timelines, and operational workflow efficiency.
- Maintain stock records, inward/outward tracking, and warehouse operational updates.
- Support tracking of operational KPIs such as dispatch timelines, stock movement, delays, and packing accuracy.
- Assist in preparing warehouse performance reports and operational summaries.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety codes, handling procedures, and internal operational policies.
- Coordinate with Retail Back Office and Support teams regarding order readiness, dispatch coordination, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with Accounts regarding stock discrepancies, returns, damages, reimbursements, and inventory-related clarifications.
- Monitor warehouse consumables and coordinate replenishment requirements with Admin teams.
- Coordinate with IT/Platform teams for barcode, system,



or operational tool-related concerns.
- Escalate operational bottlenecks, staff issues, or inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager when required.
- Provide regular operational updates and support smooth execution of warehouse activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, inventory management, or warehouse supervision roles.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices, inventory handling, and storage procedures.
- Ability to monitor operational workflows, stock movement, and warehouse activities efficiently.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Basic understanding of operational reporting and inventory tracking.
- Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse systems preferred.
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup or multi-brand setting.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or distribution warehouse environments preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
