- Coordinate daily dispatch operations and ensure timely shipment of goods.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Maintain dispatch records and update reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and transport teams.
- Verify orders before dispatch and ensure accurate documentation.
- Track dispatch status and maintain proper records.
Requirements
- Graduate with relevant computer knowledge.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in Dispatch.
- Basic computer skills and good organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
