Job Title: Sales Executive – Government Tenders & E-Procurement

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with strong knowledge of government tenders and e-procurement portals. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in identifying relevant government tenders, preparing and submitting bids, and developing business opportunities through government procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and track relevant government tenders and procurement opportunities.

* Monitor government e-tender portals and regularly search for new business opportunities.

* Handle the complete tender process, including tender identification, documentation, quotation preparation, bid submission, and follow-up.

* Ensure all tender documents and submissions are accurate and submitted within deadlines.

* Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical documents, compliance, and other tender requirements.

* Follow up on submitted tenders and participate in negotiations when required.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments and institutional clients.

* Achieve sales targets by converting government tender opportunities into successful orders.





* Maintain records of tenders, bids, quotations, and sales activities.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in sales and government tender management.

* Robust knowledge of government e-procurement portals, especially GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other relevant government tender platforms.

* Good understanding of the tendering and bidding process.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

* Ability to identify profitable tender opportunities and prepare competitive bids.

* Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic documentation.

* Candidates with experience in government sales, institutional sales, or B2G (Business-to-Government) sales will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

A result-oriented professional who has a strong hold over government tenders, understands the complete bidding process, and has the ability to generate business through government procurement portals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
