About the Role

Edgecorner Innovation L.L.P. is looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end dispatch and transportation process for our imported and manufactured products. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries to dealers, distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and project sites while maintaining accurate documentation, inventory coordination, and transporter management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily dispatch operations from the warehouse and manufacturing unit.

Plan and coordinate vehicle loading, routing, and timely delivery of goods.

Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Manage transportation schedules and allocate vehicles based on delivery priorities.

Coordinate with transporters, freight partners, and delivery personnel to ensure on-time deliveries.

Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays or transportation issues.

Verify dispatch documents, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, LR copies, and transport receipts.

Ensure accurate quantity verification before dispatch to minimize shortages or damages.

Monitor loading and unloading activities while ensuring proper handling of premium products to prevent damage during transit.

Maintain dispatch records, transporter details, vehicle movement logs, and proof of delivery (POD).

Follow up for pending PODs and update delivery status regularly.

Coordinate with the Import team for incoming container deliveries and ensure smooth unloading and warehouse allocation.

Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.





Monitor freight expenses and help optimize transportation costs without compromising service quality.

Handle customer delivery-related concerns by coordinating with internal teams and transport vendors.

Support inventory movement between warehouses and manufacturing locations whenever required.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and dispatch operations.

Understanding of warehouse management and inventory movement.

Experience in coordinating with transporters, fleet operators, and third-party logistics providers.

Knowledge of dispatch documentation such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and LR copies.

Positive planning, scheduling, and route coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple deliveries and prioritize urgent dispatches.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally or similar inventory software.

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or any relevant field.

2–5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or transportation operations.

Experience in a manufacturing, building materials, plywood, laminate, hardware, interior products, or trading company will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in handling both imported and manufactured products.

Familiarity with dealer, distributor, wholesaler, and project-based deliveries.

Strong coordination skills with warehouse, production, sales, and transporter teams.

Ability to maintain high delivery accuracy and ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
