Key Responsibilities

*1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Credentialing or Provider Enrolment is preferred.

* Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.

* Handle provider enrollment with commercial insurance payers, Medicare, and Medicaid.

* Maintain and update CAQH profiles and provider information.

* Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance payers, and internal teams to ensure timely credentialing.

* Prepare, review, and maintain accurate credentialing documentation and records.

* Monitor application status and perform regular follow-ups with payers to ensure timely approvals.

* Ensure compliance with payer requirements, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.

* Maintain provider data across credentialing systems and payer portals.





* Support audits and resolve credentialing-related issues efficiently.

* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Knowledge of NPI, PECOS, CAQH, NPPES, and payer portals.

* Understanding of provider licensing, malpractice insurance, board certifications, DEA registration, and state licensing requirements.

* Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.
