We are a fast-growing immigration consultancy dedicated to helping students, families, and professionals achieve their international education, work, and travel goals. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can build our online presence through engaging and high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and YouTube Shorts.
- Plan and maintain a daily content calendar.
- Visit the office daily to capture videos, client success stories, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Design eye-catching social media posts, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Write compelling captions and content for social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and audio.
- Collaborate with the counselling team to create informative immigration-related content.
- Cover office events, seminars, and client interactions for social media.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages when required, and suggest ideas to improve reach and enquiries.
- Analyze content performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in creating social media content (portfolio required).
- Robust video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.




- Experience designing graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
- Basic photography and videography skills are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in education, immigration, or service-based businesses is an advantage.

What You'll Be Doing Every Week

- Create and publish 2–3 Instagram Reels daily.
- Post daily on Instagram and Facebook.
- Create engaging Stories every day.
- Produce at least one YouTube Short daily.
- Capture client testimonials and office activities.
- Brainstorm fresh content ideas with the team.
