Your work profile

As a Manager in the o9 APS practice, you will play a strategic leadership role, driving client engagements, revenue growth, and practice development while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Client & Revenue Leadership

- Drive business development and revenue growth for the APS practice, including proposal development, and client acquisition

- Build and nurture C-level client relationships across industries (CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharma, etc.)

- Help shape opportunities for large-scale supply chain transformations

- Support in go-to-market strategies, alliances, and thought leadership initiatives

Engagement Delivery

- Lead end-to-end program delivery of planning transformation programs (forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, IBP, S&OP;) focusing on

o To-be process design

o KPI definition and baseline (like OTIF, inventory, FA, bias, cost to serve)

o Value realization tracking

- Ensure quality, timelines, and profitability

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on supply chain best practices and digital transformation

Practice & Team Development

- Build and scale a high-performing o9 consulting team

- Mentor and develop consultants





- Drive capability building, asset creation, and internal training initiatives

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

Thought Leadership & Innovation

- Support in development of industry POVs, whitepapers, and solution accelerators

- Stay at the forefront of digital supply chain trends

Key skills required

- 7+ years of experience in consulting and supply chain transformation, with solid exposure to planning processes

o Deep functional expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP;, IBP, and Inventory Optimization in consulting (ideally big 4, Accenture, boutique APS firms) in planning / APS implementations

o Industry Exposure (at least 2 strong domains)

§ FMCG / Consumer Goods / Consumer goods/electronics/electricals

§ Personal care, healthcare

§ Industrial / Manufacturing (steel, tyre, chemicals, construction materials)

§ Oil & Gas / Energy (refinery terminal distribution)

o Should have worked on client-facing roles

o Program exposure needed

§ Led end-to-end APS implementations

§ S&OP; / IBP transformation

§ Demand planning + supply planning integration

§ Network / distribution planning

§ Exposure to global rollouts or multi-location deployments

o Should have some hands-on exposure to at least one leading APS platform (BY, o9, IBP, Kinaxis)

- Good executive presence, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

- Experience working in a global consulting environment preferred
