Requirement Overview:

Role Details:

- Role: International Technical Support (Voice Process)
- Experience: 1–3 Years (Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in International Technical Support is mandatory)
- Location: Bangalore (Electronic City / Brookfield) (No location preference allowed)
- Process: International & India (Hindi & English – both required)

Please avoid profiles from Helpdesk / Admin / Non-technical support backgrounds. Share only relevant and quality profiles.

Technical Skills Required:

- Hardware & Desktop Troubleshooting
- Networking Basics
- IP Address Configuration
- BIOS
- Operating Systems (Windows)
- Basic Printer Troubleshooting




- Robust troubleshooting skills (Technical round will be conducted)

Qualification:

- Graduate (Mandatory)

Salary Budget:

- 1–2 Years: ₹4 LPA
- 2–3 Years: ₹4.5 LPA
- Maximum Budget: ₹5 LPA

Mandatory Documents:

- All relieving letters from previous organizations
