- Manage and maintain customer accounts.
- Coordinate with customers, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Handle shipment booking, documentation, and follow-up.
- Provide shipment status updates and resolve customer queries.
- Prepare quotations and invoices as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and shipments.
- Ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and other stakeholders.
- Support business development by maintaining strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
