Job Title: US Accountant / Staff Accountant (US Process)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented US Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting activities for US-based clients. The role requires working from the office and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage invoicing, billing, and collections follow-ups
- Process payroll and ensure US tax compliance (Federal & State)
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation
- File and review sales tax and payroll tax returns
- Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero




- Coordinate with US clients and internal teams for issue resolution

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience with QuickBooks / Excel
- Understanding of US taxation and payroll processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
- 1–5 years of experience in US Accounting / KPO / BPO
- Experience working with US clients preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
