Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role includes handling CCTV systems, computer hardware, networking solutions, and general IT support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and minimal downtime.

IT Infrastructure Support

- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and departments
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory

CCTV & Surveillance Systems

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure proper recording/storage
- Troubleshoot camera connectivity, DVR/NVR, and network issues




- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades

Networking & Connectivity

- Manage LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi systems, and internet connectivity
- Configure routers, switches, access points, and network security settings
- Troubleshoot network downtime and performance issues
- Support VPN, firewall, and access control configurations

System Maintenance & Security

- Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus checks
- Ensure data protection and system security practices are followed
- Assist in implementing IT policies and best practices

Vendor Coordination & Documentation

- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
- Maintain documentation of configurations, licenses, and maintenance logs
- Support IT requirements during audits, inspections, and events

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and maintenance
- Good understanding of networking concepts (IP, routing, switching, Wi-Fi)
- Familiarity with Windows OS, printers, and office software support
- Basic knowledge of IT security practices
