Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily business operations.
- Manage order processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners.
- Handle inventory and stock management.
- Maintain accurate Excel reports and operational records.
- Assist in procurement and vendor follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
- Support business growth through process improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Administration, or a similar role.




- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
