Sales Executive (ISP & Networking)

Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Age: 22–25 Years
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with networking knowledge may also apply)

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile Sales Executive to develop business in the ISP, broadband, and networking market. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, meeting customers, promoting networking products, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 100–200 outbound calls daily to generate new business opportunities.
- Visit ISP customers, broadband operators, cable operators, and networking resellers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable networking products.
- Share quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up regularly through calls, WhatsApp, email, and customer visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing, stock availability, dispatch, and payment collection.
- Maintain daily call reports, customer visit reports, and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat business.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of CCTV and Networking products.
- Basic understanding of ISP, Broadband, Fiber Optics, or Telecom industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM.

Qualification

- Graduate or Diploma (Technical background preferred).
