- Setting Out: Establishing the structural layout using surveying instruments and leveling to mark out the site accurately before work begins. [1, 2]
- Design Verification: Reviewing blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications to detect and resolve errors before issues arise. [1, 2]
- Quality Control (QC): Inspecting materials, mixing ratios, and completed structures to ensure they meet required engineering and industry standards. [1, 2]

2. Operational Planning & Resource Management

- Material Tracking: Monitoring material usage to minimize waste and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary supplies.
- Scheduling: Helping the project manager create and manage daily or weekly work schedules to hit project milestones.
- Daily Reporting: Maintaining daily site logs, including workforce attendance, work completed, and any technical challenges encountered. [1, 2, 3]

3. Safety, Risk, & Compliance

- Safety Enforcement:



Ensuring all construction personnel follow strict health and safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Hazard Identification: Proactively identifying site risks and implementing mitigation steps to prevent workplace accidents.
- Regulatory Compliance: Liaising with local authorities and inspectors to ensure the building meets all legal bylaws. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

4. Communication & Team Coordination

- Liaison: Serving as the central point of contact between architects, structural consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Technical Advice: Providing direct technical instructions and troubleshooting support to craftspeople and site laborers on the ground. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
