Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile Project Coordinator & Business Development Manager to lead business growth while managing environmental consulting projects. The role combines client relationship management, project coordination, and business strategy execution.

Job Location: Bengaluru (Full-Time)

Experience Level: 2 Years

Required Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering disciplines, OR
- M.Sc. in Environmental Science, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, or equivalent field.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or business development preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and proposals.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and meet business targets.

2. Project Coordination (Environmental Services)

- Manage environmental clearance projects including CRZ,



EIA/ESIA, and forest/wildlife clearances.
- Oversee preparation of EMPs, site reports, monitoring studies, and pollution control system evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and coordinate with clients and authorities.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with environmental laws, standards, and GIS studies.
