About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Fashion Stylist Expert who can bridge the gap between high-fashion aesthetics and innovative technology. You will not only lead creative direction for photoshoots and campaigns but also play a critical role in refining our next-gen Recommendation Engine.

Key Responsibilities



Conceptualize and curate trend-forward looks for editorials and digital campaigns.



Lead end-to-end coordination for photoshoots, including model selection, photographer collaboration, and on-set styling supervision to ensure high-quality visual output.



Provide expert domain inputs to the engineering team for defining style attributes, garment tagging, "Look of the Day/Season" logic, etc



Collaborate with the product team to check, refine, curate digital garment drape and fit for the right look.



Research and analyse emerging fashion trends to keep the product offerings relevant and competitive in the market.



Manage relationships with external vendors/brands for sourcing merchandise and maintain an organized inventory/wardrobe for varied styling needs.

Requirements



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Fashion Management, or a related field from a reputed institute (e.g., NIFT, LST, Pearl).



4–6 years of proven experience in Fashion Styling, Visual Merchandising, or Editorial Styling.







Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in editorial styling, commercial/catalog shoots, and mood board creation.



 Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or AI creative tools is a plus.



 Excellent communication skills to articulate style concepts to both creative teams and technical stakeholders.



 Open to travel for on-site shoots and vendor meetings.

Nice to Have

 Exposure to Gen-AI creative tools or experience working with Fashion-Tech/SaaS platforms.

 Background in styling for e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, etc.) or high-growth fashion startups.

 Experience in Visual Merchandising (VM) or catalog quality analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
