We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling marketing materials for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will create engaging designs for digital and print platforms, helping promote property listings, strengthen brand identity, and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, property listings, social media creatives, email templates, and advertisements.
- Create high-quality graphics, infographics, and presentations for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop branding assets that maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
- Edit and enhance property photos, floor plans, and promotional videos when required.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce creative campaigns.
- Design signage, hoardings, event materials, and other print collateral.
- Ensure all creative content aligns with brand guidelines and project timelines.
- Stay updated with design trends and real estate marketing best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.




- 2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the real estate industry or a marketing agency.
- Robust portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Canva and Figma is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Experience designing for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating real estate marketing materials.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
