About FEA Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a charitable trust providing free education to youth over the age of 18 in North India. The program focuses on English, Digital Literacy, and building productive and ethical mindsets to help students become employable in the service sector. ​Role Description

​As an FEA teacher, you are responsible for guiding and shaping the lives of 55–60 youth and their families annually. This is a full-time role requiring high levels of commitment and ethical conduct.

- ​Teaching & Instruction: Travel to and teach at local villages. Conduct three sessions of 2 hours and 20 minutes daily, with 20 students per session.
- ​Student Mobilization:



Actively find and enroll new students in areas near the branch to ensure a student body of 60+.
- ​Administration: Dedicate 30 minutes daily to administrative tasks.
- ​Training: Attend a compulsory residential induction at the Lucknow Staff Training Campus in Gahru. Participate in ongoing training every 2–3 months.
- ​Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 8 hours per day in split shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on student availability.

Pay: From ₹14,500.00 per month
