Roljack Asia Limited is a leading manufacturer and supplier of premium plywood, laminates, doors, veneers, and decorative surface solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to strengthen our sales team in Udaipur and surrounding areas.

Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing dealer and distributor relationships, visiting architects, contractors, interior designers, and retailers, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, contractors, and interior designers regularly.
- Promote Roljack Asia Limited's product portfolio and generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer records.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on outstanding payments where applicable.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in plywood, laminates, building materials, hardware, or FMCG.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a robust willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Udaipur and nearby areas.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
