Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, maintaining reports, verifying documents, and coordinating with legal advisors and internal teams. This role requires strong computer skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update Management Information System (MIS) reports on a regular basis
- Collect, compile, and analyze data for internal reporting and decision-making
- Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Coordinate with legal team regarding documentation and case-related updates
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain proper records and documentation in both digital and physical formats
- Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times
- Assist in preparing reports,



presentations, and summaries as required
- Follow up on pending documentation and ensure timely completion

Requirements & Skills:

- Any Undergraduate Degree (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email handling)
- Good data entry and record-keeping skills
- Multilingual communication skills (preferred)
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of documentation and verification processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
