Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-driven Clinic Sales Counselor to guide patients through their aesthetic, skin, hair, and dental treatment journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand patient needs, and a passion for achieving sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Counseling

- Welcome and assist walk-in and appointment patients.
- Understand patient concerns and treatment goals.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, expected results, costs, and maintenance plans.
- Recommend suitable treatment packages as advised by the doctor.
- Address patient objections and build trust through professional counseling.

Sales & Revenue Generation

- Achieve monthly consultation-to-conversion targets.
- Promote treatment packages, memberships, and seasonal offers.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant treatments and skincare products.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and paid treatments.

Patient Relationship Management

- Maintain excellent patient experience from consultation to treatment completion.
- Follow up with existing patients for maintenance sessions and repeat treatments.
- Build long-term relationships to improve patient retention and referrals.

Coordination

- Coordinate with doctors and therapists regarding treatment plans.
- Schedule appointments efficiently.
- Ensure smooth patient flow within the clinic.

Documentation & CRM

- Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic software/CRM.
- Record consultations, quotations, follow-ups,



and conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Customer Service

- Handle patient queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Ensure high patient satisfaction throughout the treatment journey.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years in clinic counseling, aesthetic sales, healthcare, wellness, spa, or luxury retail sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Required Skills

Salary

Working Hours

- 6 days a week (1 weekly off).
