About the Role

Glaring Labs is seeking a IT Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic technology initiatives. The role will work closely with leadership, product stakeholders, and external engineering partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Own project planning, execution, and delivery governance

* Coordinate with external development teams, architects, QA, and business stakeholders

* Manage sprint planning, tracking, reviews, and release schedules

* Monitor project risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalations

* Ensure requirements are clearly documented and communicated

* Maintain project visibility through reports, dashboards, and status updates

* Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams

* Drive accountability, timelines,



and execution discipline across projects

Required Qualifications

* 3-7 years experience in software project management or technical program management

* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

* Experience working with software development teams and external vendors

* Familiarity with SDLC, APIs, release management, QA processes, and cloud-based applications

* Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms

* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience managing outsourced software development projects

* Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams

* Exposure to fintech, enterprise platforms, workflow systems, or large-scale operational applications

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month
